<title><![CDATA[全球汽车召回总量回调？]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有一个统计数字显示，08年全球范围内“问题车型”的召回总量，比以往降低了30%。这似乎表明了汽车制造质量正在提高，但也不一定是。由于世界金融多事，08年汽车工业举步维艰，各大厂家的车型的产量和销量均大幅下滑了不少，总量基数的下降，当然就会带来召回比例的降低了。不管三七二十一，需要召回的“问题车辆”少了，可以相信非谬。</DIV>

<description><![CDATA[<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 氢电池这种燃料电在原理上是通过将水分解生成的氧、氢以获得汽车的动力源，它无害到仅让原料水重新变成水向外排放。但采用什么装置来实现这个过程，就十分有研究意义。比如说怎样实现量的合理分配以及如何进行余下部分的存储，设备的制造维护成本能够降低到普遍接受的程度吗？在目前的水平看来，问题难倒了许多研究者。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 据说，国内一所大学的专家组尝试利用镍媒催化的手段生成氢电，获得了一些进展。并且，他们也找到了容易让氢氧根离子透析的聚合物隔离材料，能够使得氢电设备制造与维护的成本降低下来。但目前整体技术尚在完善中。假使实验成果具备条件投入量产，那将首先是未来中国汽车制造业的福，所有的消费者当然也同时受益。</DIV>

<description><![CDATA[<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 印度很著名的电动车厂“REVA”，正试图通过所提供的锂离子电池以增强欧洲人对于其2+2都市型小车“REVAi”的购买信心。在印度人看来，经过改进的这种锂电池，已经在减少充电时间和降低维护费用上取得了实效。它能够让车子以时速80km/h行走100公里的长距离，选用外接式的三相充电也不是问题。尽管在普通插座上花一小时实现90%的充电容量，六小时才能完全充满，但与目前的铅酸电池需要八小时满充相比，它已经进步了许多。加上三年保的服务、对于现有用户的升级若干配置等等，只要你愿意，好事便成。</DIV>
